About Todd
Hello my name is Todd and I’m a local Los Angeles tennis coach with over 37 years of playing experience and over 30 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. Let me be your Southern California tennis coach! I am the Tennis Director of two facilities for kids 4-17. I have coached several members of the 2019 USTA 3.5 Men’s National Championship Team from the San Gabriel Valley and in addition, I have also practiced with the former Top 10 female player Andrea Temisvari and former Stanford NCAA #1 Ranked Division 1 player Laxmi Poruri. As far as my playing career, I was ranked #1 in high school, Chaffey College, the SoCal JC League and I have won multiple singles and doubles tennis tournaments.
Many high school and college clients of mine have improved their tennis games under my teaching. I’m also known as the “The Hitting Coach”. Instead of just feeding balls, I will hit with you, maximizing your lesson experience. You will apply what I teach rapidly with my systematic lessons geared to your game and level. Be prepared to sweat! My tennis lessons are FUN and fast-paced, so be prepared to develop your conditioning as well & get a great workout on the court.
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino & Orange County areas but will also travel to a tennis court that’s close to you.

Semi-Private Tennis Lessons (2 Players): $45 Per Hour Each
Group Tennis Lessons (3+ Players): $35 Per Hour Each
Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $80 Per Hour

*Please note that if you are interested in semi-private tennis lessons (2 players) or group tennis lessons (3+ players), you will first need to find a friend(s) to take tennis lessons with you before contacting me.
