In just one week, I went from being a complete beginner to having a solid foundation. I really appreciated the varied and progressive exercises that helped me improve all the fundamental tennis strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley) in only one week. Sacha is very dedicated, gives feedback on every shot, and adapts the drills to help me understand my mistakes and improve as quickly as possible. It was a thousand times better than a group lesson. With 1-2 lessons a week, I quickly shot up to Junior Varsity within the next year, beating many of my teammates who had been playing much longer than me.
