She taught me the basics like how to grip the racket for forehands and backhands as well as the actual terminology for tennis like serving down the "T" and hitting the ball cross court and down the line. What I liked the most about Coach Adam’s approach was his emphasis on the fundamentals of the game: how to hold the racket, how to swing forehand, backhand, smash, serve, ball placement, play the net, hit a lob, return to center after hitting, etc. I’ve seen Nathan’s tennis skills improve greatly within a year’s time.
