In just one week, I went from being a complete beginner to having a solid foundation. I really appreciated the varied and progressive exercises that helped me improve all the fundamental tennis strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley) in only one week. With 1-2 lessons a week, I quickly shot up to Junior Varsity within the next year, beating many of my teammates who had been playing much longer than me.
