"I started learning from Coach Derek 2 years ago when I was on the Frosh-Soph team at Northwood High School. With 1-2 lessons a week, I quickly shot up to Junior Varsity within the next year, beating many of my teammates who had been playing much longer than me. A year after that, I made the varsity team and I am playing on the starting doubles line up now. Coach Derek is very skilled and knows how to explain everything patiently and in a way that you can understand very easily. I can't wait to continue improving and hopefully play college tennis in the future!"
