About Irvine Tennis Coach Ece

Hello my name is Ece and I am a fun, local Irvine tennis coach with over 15 years of playing experience and over 3 years of teaching experience! I began playing tennis at age five and have spent most of my life training and competing in high-performance environments. My experience in both individual tournaments and team competition has taught me the discipline, consistency, strategy, as well as mental strength required to improve and perform under pressure. I provide private tennis lessons and hitting sessions for beginners, recreational players, juniors, and competitive athletes. Every session is adapted to the player’s current level, learning style, and individual goals. With beginners, I focus on developing proper grips, stroke fundamentals, footwork, rally skills, scoring knowledge, and the confidence on the court. For intermediate and advanced players, sessions can include live-ball drills, consistency training, movement patterns, point play, match preparation, and also competitive hitting. My teaching style is encouraging, focused, and practical. I explain technical adjustments clearly and use purposeful repetition and game-based drills to help players apply them in realistic situations. I pay very close attention to timing, balance, court positioning, recovery, and shot selection rather than focusing on technique alone. I understand the importance of intensity, patience, discipline, and strong positive reinforcement in producing long-term improvement. Whether a player wants to learn tennis, improve a particular stroke, become more consistent, prepare for competition, or find a reliable high-level hitting partner, my goal is to make every session productive and enjoyable. I bring energy, reliability, and a competitive mindset to the court while giving each player clear feedback and specific areas to continue improving. I teach tennis lessons in the Irvine area but I will also travel up to 5 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you!
