Hello my name is Amir and I am a fun, local Costa Mesa tennis coach with over 12 years of playing experience and over 4 years of teaching experience! I am also a USTA Certified Tennis Professional and work with juniors, adults, beginners and competitive tennis players. I also competed internationally in ITF junior tournaments and later played college tennis over at Menlo College and Orange Coast College. As a coach, my goal is to help each player to improve with clear, simple instruction and a training style that fits their level. I like to focus on fundamentals, footwork, consistency, match strategy, technique, and building confidence on the court. For beginners, I make the lessons easy to follow and fun! For intermediate and advanced players, I like to work on improving patterns, shot selection, movement, and point construction. I enjoy working with players who want to improve their game, get more comfortable on court, or prepare for matches and tournaments. Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or trying to take your game to the next level, I can help you build better habits and become a smarter, more confident player. I teach tennis lessons in the Costa Mesa area but I will also travel up to 15 miles!
