Hello my name is Varun & I am a local Scottsdale tennis coach with over 15 years of playing experience and over 5 years of teaching experience! I am also a RSPA Certified Tennis Professional. I am a former state-level high school competitor and an analytical thinker with an obsession for tennis strategy. I have spent countless hours studying the great game of tennis, gaining a deep understanding of technique, tactics and player development. I really firmly believe in methodical, tailored coaching that leverages technology and game tape analysis to unlock each player’s full potential. Tennis isn’t just a sport-it’s my greatest passion. I committed to sharing this passion, providing thoughtful guidance, personalized instruction as well as unwavering dedication to help you improve. I’ve worked alongside Dave Nowick, a reputable tennis coach in Gilbert, assisting in player development for 3 years. I am the official racket stringer for Arizona State University’s Division I Men’s and Women’s Tennis Teams. So whether you’re just starting out or pushing for competitive success, my goal is to make your tennis journey rewarding, effective and fun. I teach tennis lessons in the Scottsdale area but I will also travel up to 25 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you!
