Hello my name is Robert and I am a local Omaha tennis coach with over 35 years of playing experience and over 20 years of teaching experience! I am also a current RSPA Certified Tennis Professional. In 2022, I was named the Omaha Tennis Association, Nebraska Tennis Association, and Missouri Valley Tennis Association (section) Adult Player of the Year. In 2021, I was just voted the High School Coach of the Year by the Nebraska Tennis Association and also the Omaha Tennis Association. I’m a 2x USTA Men’s League National Finalist & also a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Ball winner in Father & Son Doubles.
In addition to this, I’ve also competed at the USTA League National Championships in seven different divisions. I was a former NCAA Division 1 Men’s & Women’s tennis coach over at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and have also trained state champions, nationally ranked juniors, teams and college players. I am also a former hitting instructor to Zack Fleishman who was a former top 130 player in the world. I have worked with former tour players, Davis Cup coaches and Davis Cup players. I have also played in numerous exhibition tennis matches around the country and Pro-Am tennis tournaments!
