Hi my name is Alexis & I’m a local Lakewood Ranch tennis coach with over 19 years of competitive playing experience and over 6 years of teaching experience! I am also the founder of the Lakewood Ranch Tennis Academy. I’m 25 years old, a professional player & coach and new resident of beautiful Lakewood Ranch, FL. I compete on the ITF and UTR pro circuits and have been a high performance coach for over 5 years now. I have competed in tournaments internationally, trained with some of the toughest coaches and players at U.S. and European academies and dealt with the excitement (& anxiety) that comes with big matches and pressure situations. I draw upon these experiences when helping other players advance on their journey.
Since I’m not only a coach but a life-long player as well, I can easily guide my students through the different stages of development, as I’ve been exactly where they are at some point in my life. I’ve been able to take kids, teens, young and also mature adults from A to Z, surpassing their expectations, and showing them what they’re truly capable of. This is what I love most about our sport. Regardless of age, athletic ability & skill level-with the right training & consistent practice, any and everyone can learn to play & play well! So whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time, looking to brush up on your technique, or a competitive player wanting to take your game to the next level, book a session with me today and let’s start training. I am currently only teaching tennis lessons here in Lakewood Ranch!
