Hello my name is Christopher and I am a Houston tennis coach with over 10 years of teaching experience! I’m also a USTA (United States Tennis Association) member. Recreational tennis provided the very basics for on-court play prior to joining the USTA. I then fortunately discovered a major upgrade from recreational tennis play when I joined tournament and competitive tennis. Participating in the USTA tournaments is a grooming process which continues to teach me a new discipline that is parallel to life itself. You can only improve on something by dedicating yourself to it. Currently I’m rated as a Men’s 4.5 and participate mainly in the Men’s Open division and Men’s 30s division in the USTA Texas Section. I am enthusiastic to help others work on their tennis game using the continuing insight and intricate understanding of the essential requirements that the game demands from either a beginner or a recreational player. I also understand how to advance into a serious competitor if you are a more serious player. I teach fun tennis lessons in the Houston area at Mayde Creek High School but I will travel up to 20 miles to a court located close to you!
