About Danielle
Hello my name is Danielle and I am a local Wellington tennis coach with over 14 years of playing experience and over 1 year of teaching experience! I am also a RSPA Certified Tennis Professional. I’ve been competing in tennis for over 14 years, both nationally through USTA (United States Tennis Association) and internationally through the ITF (International Tennis Federation) junior circuit. My journey has taken me across the country and around the world, allowing me to grow as both a player and a person. I played Division I collegiate tennis for Penn State University, where I trained and competed in one of the most competitive college tennis environments ever. My time there sharpened my skills, deepened my understanding of the game and taught me the value of discipline, strategy and mental toughness.
Rafael Nadal has always been my favorite player-not just for his incredible success on court, but for his heart, intensity and humility. His mindset has inspired the way I play and the way I coach. I bring that same energy and focus into every teaching session, tailoring my approach to each individual I work with. I enjoy coaching both kids and adults of all levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to compete. My goal is to help every player improve their technique, build confidence and love the process of growth. I believe in creating a positive, motivating environment where players can develop strong fundamentals as well as mental skills that translate both on and off the tennis court. So let’s take your game to the next level-together!
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Wellington area but I will also travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you.
