About San Mateo Tennis Coach Vivian
Hi my name is Vivian & I’m a fun, local San Mateo tennis coach with over 24 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I am also a RSPA Certified Tennis Professional and USTA Certified Tennis Professional. I’m a former NorCal USTA junior tennis player and my lifelong passion for tennis has shaped both my playing and my coaching journey. I graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in Economics, where I competed on the club tennis team for four years after injuries redirected my path. After graduation, I spent three years at USTA Player Development in Lake Nona, FL where I focused on creating training opportunities for the nation’s top juniors (ages 15 & under) at the National, Regional, and Sectional level. I currently serve on both the USTA Tennis on Campus National Committee and the USTA Northern California Coaches Commission Committee. I also work with the USTA Northern California Section, coaching at Early Development Camps (EDC) to train the next generation of players. I teach tennis lessons in the San Mateo area but I will also travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you!

Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $140 Per Hour
