Hi, my name is Nils and I am a local part-time Salt Lake City tennis coach from Munich, Germany! I moved to Salt Lake City to work at Goldman Sachs and would love to give some tennis lessons on the weekends. Tennis has always been my biggest passion in my life. I played competitive tennis for almost 20 years and was able to get a full scholarship at a Division 1 university in the Unites States. I played college tennis for Portland State University and also the University of Redlands. I played #1 singles and doubles for both universities and was able to win multiple athletic awards such as “Big Sky Player of the Week” and qualified for the 2023 NCAA National Championships in Orlando. I have 8 years of tennis coaching experience including private lessons and summer camps for kids. I’m thankful I had the opportunity to learn from world-class tennis coaches in Germany. One of my coaches worked for 10 years at the IMG Academy (Florida) & also spent several years as a professional coach on the ATP Tour. I learned many valuable tips about different parts of the game such as technique, mentality & footwork that I would love to share with you!
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Salt Lake City area but I will also travel up to 5 miles to a tennis court conveniently located close to you.
