About Rosemount Tennis Coach Mikayla
Hello my name is Mikayla and I am a fun, local Rosemount tennis coach with over 13 years of playing experience and over 4 years of teaching experience! I am also a USTA Certified Tennis Professional. I’m so thrilled to be coaching tennis! I have been playing tennis ever since I was very young and I have enjoyed it so much ever since.
Playing tennis for over 13 years has absolutely changed my life for the better. I have played in house tennis leagues, traveling tennis leagues, I played varsity tennis for 4 years, I was a varsity tennis captain my last year and I have been coaching tennis myself for about 4 years now! Tennis, for me, is a mental and physical sport.
So I’ve experienced both and I have coached many people on those two aspects of the game. I have worked with students who need help with forehands, backhands, volleys, overheads, lobs, slices, drop shots, serves, scoring, footwork, mentality and just having fun! Tennis is about having fun, learning from your mistakes & celebrating the smallest and biggest wins. I love working with all ages, group lessons, semi private lessons & private one on one tennis lessons.
It doesn’t matter who you are, I would love to work with you and find out what you want to achieve with tennis! You can do anything you put your mind to! Let’s have some fun and play some tennis! I teach tennis lessons here in the Rosemount and Minneapolis area but I will travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently near you!
