About Oroville Tennis Coach Wayne
Hi my name is Wayne & I’m a fun, local Oroville tennis coach with over 20 years of playing experience and over 1 year of teaching experience! I am also a NFHS Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Tennis Coach. In addition, I am a professional English teacher and coach with over 20 years of experience teaching all academic subjects (math, science, language, music, animal husbandry in 4H and also outdoor survival skills) and I coached youth soccer for 10 years. I am currently coaching the local high school boy’s tennis team. Tennis is my favorite sport and fitness activity. My goal is to promote tennis in my community and train future competitive players. Tennis is one of the best sports for fitness as well as lifelong participation! I teach tennis lessons here in Oroville but I do not travel to other locations.
