Hi my name is Quim and I am a fun, local Miami tennis coach with over 23 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I have experience working with players from different skill levels and ages. I love to help players improve their tennis skills and meet their training goals. I am an ITF Certified Coach (Level 1 and also play & stay kids certified) and have competed for 20 years with experience playing NCAA D1 and ITF Futures. I played for the UAPB Division 1 men’s tennis team for 4 years (2009-2012), received the MVP award in 2011 and 2012 and multiple conference awards in both singles & doubles. I was also a Top 10 ranked Ecuador junior player.
I was hired as a tennis instructor at the Guayas Tennis Association in Ecuador and I have worked as a tennis instructor in a few summer camps and clubs. I have been teaching tennis in Miami, Florida for the past few years. I like to share my experiences and knowledge this sport has given me and I help people improve their skills, get a good workout and meet their goals when I’m with them on the court. I teach tennis lessons in the Miami area at Margaret Pace Park, Port Miami, Kirk Munroe as well as Douglas Park but I will also travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you!
