About Grace

Hi my name is Grace and I am a fun, local Irvine tennis coach with over 11 years of playing experience and over 6 years of teaching experience! I have been playing tennis since I was ten and I have played Division 2 university tennis for four years. I’ve been coaching since I was sixteen. Over the years of teaching, I have developed a coaching approach that works with tennis players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to intermediates. My teaching methodology strongly emphasizes the value of individualized education that really considers each tennis player’s particular needs and skills. I want to offer a friendly and stimulating learning atmosphere that promotes growth and improvement, whether working with a total beginner or an intermediate player looking to polish their technique. I’ve refined my teaching methodology throughout the years to include a variety of strategies, drills, practice games and film analysis to help players achieve their objectives to improve their competence & confidence.

I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!

I teach tennis lessons at Concordia University Irvine but I will also travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court conveniently located near you.
