Hello my name is Mike and I am a local Fremont tennis coach with over 16 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I was born in Long Beach, California. I then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2005 and began playing tennis at the age of 13. I played on the University of North Carolina tennis team and discovered my passion for teaching tennis and fitness to others. I taught tennis through college and ran several tennis programs in Charlotte, Concord and Huntersville. I earned my B.S. in Computer Science and was a software engineer for 6 years while occasionally coaching tennis. I moved back to the west coast in January of 2019 and I look to continue spreading my knowledge of tennis to those looking to learn. I am now a full time real estate agent and I am able to teach tennis lessons now more often due to my flexible schedule. I teach tennis lessons in the Fremont area at Mission San Jose Park but I will also travel up to 20 miles to a tennis court that’s near you!
