About Essam

Hello my name is Essam and I am a local Frederick tennis coach with over 15 years of teaching experience! I represented the Bangladesh National Tennis Team/Junior Davis Cup Team internationally & I have been playing & coaching the great sport of tennis for over 15 years.

My coaching style involves a lot of drills which I use to make form adjustments. I usually like to finish the lesson with some fun games. I enjoy teaching very high IQ tennis making students not only develop their tennis skills but also improve their mental game on the court. I currently coach 8 Division 1 athletes and you could be the next one!

I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!

I teach tennis lessons in the Frederick, Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Gaithersburg, Clarksburg and Silver Spring area but I will also travel up to 30 miles to a tennis court that’s conveniently located near you.
