Hi tennis fans! My name is Ben and I am a fun, local Denver tennis coach with over 20 years of playing experience and over 15 years of teaching experience! I am an author (Teach Yourself Tennis, a book that covers a holistic approach of reaching your tennis goals), and a coach that covers all areas of tennis performance. I am certified in health coaching (integrated nutrition) as well as functional movement screening (FMS), Strength and Conditioning (ISSA) and of course as a tennis pro (RSPA). With a Master’s degree in education, I have all of the necessary tools and the background to get you to the next level. I am a self taught 5.0 rated tennis player who has been teaching and training tennis players for over ten years in many states that include Michigan, Hawaii, North Carolina and my home state of Colorado. I am offering all the services that encompass a high performing tennis player, including tennis and hitting lessons, health coaching, strength training, speed and agility training and mobility training. I offer tennis lessons in the Denver area & I’m also willing to travel up to 10 miles!
