About Delray Beach Tennis Coach Ridley
Hello my name is Ridley and I am a fun, local Delray Beach tennis coach with over 25 years of playing experience and over 8 years of teaching experience! I am an experienced tennis coach with a strong background in tennis training. Growing up in a professional tennis household, I developed a great work ethic and also extensive tennis knowledge from a young age. I have trained at top facilities such as the Delray Beach Tennis Center, Chris Evert Tennis Academy and IMG Tennis Academy, which has further enhanced my understanding of the sport. I deeply understand running and executing practices for enthusiastic athletes and I also provide valuable insights into their abilities and potential. As an engaging and kind individual, I offer communication of encouragement to my students. My first teaching experience was in 2015 at UCLA in Los Angeles, California where I taught a summer tennis camp. There, I learned how to explain and demonstrate basic tennis techniques to summer camp students and coached tennis players on competition strategies. I have also worked as a tennis instructor at Celsius Tennis Academy which is located in Sarasota, Florida where I facilitated group coaching sessions & also provided individual coaching support for juniors as well as adults. I teach fun tennis lessons here in the Delray Beach area but I will also travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court conveniently located near you!
