About Alpharetta Tennis Coach Diego

Hi my name is Diego and I am a local Alpharetta tennis coach with over 16 years of playing experience and over 4 years of teaching experience! I have been playing since I was five years old and I have been competing for at least ten years. I have played four years of college and I played D1 (St. Francis College), D2 (Lee University) and NAIA (Union College). With St. Francis, I won the NEC Conference Championship and reached the National D1 Tournament. With Union, we also reached the National NAIA tournament and I was awarded first team player in the Appalachian Conference. At Lee University, I was awarded freshman of the week twice and I was named part of the second team in the conference. Also, I have played in national prize money tournaments in Spain. As a tennis coach, I currently have the Spanish national tennis title, which is validated by the ITF (International Tennis Federation). I have coached in Spain for a year and in the USA, I have coached in different places, such as the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in New York, in two different locations in South Carolina and right now, I’m a coach at Glen Abbey (Alpharetta). I have experience teaching tennis with any level and age, including adults, teenagers and little kids from beginners to high performers! I teach tennis lessons here in the Alpharetta area and I do not travel.
