About Yuri

Hi my name is Yuri and I am a local Scottsdale tennis coach with over 10 years of playing experience! I’m from Brazil and played 7 years of federation tournaments as well as 2 years of college tennis. I spent 5 years developing players at tennis clubs in Brazil, 4 years of teaching tennis lessons in the United States, 1 year of coaching junior college, plus I also spent 1 year of coaching tennis at a Division 1 university.

I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!

I teach tennis lessons in the Scottsdale area at Herberger Park but I will also travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court that’s located near you.
