About Byron

Hello my name is Byron and I am a local Sarasota tennis coach with over 42 years of playing experience and over 13 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. I have been a Nationally Ranked Senior Player for the past 25 years and I was the Head Tennis Coach in 3 different high schools in California and Texas. Formerly, I worked in private clubs in both San Diego and San Antonio and just recently moved to Sarasota. I am very eager to meet new tennis people in the Sarasota area to enjoy some Great Weather, Great People and some Great Tennis in the sunshine state!

I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!

I am available to teach tennis lessons in the Sarasota and Bradenton area and will travel up to 20 miles to a tennis court that is near you.
