About Betsy

Hello my name is Betsy and I am a Sacramento tennis coach with over 50 years of playing experience and over 48 years of teaching experience! I have been a USPTA Elite Certified Tennis Professional for over 25 years. I still play singles and doubles and I am ranked in both. I have taught in Norfolk, Virginia and Wildflecken, Germany as well as Fort Benning, Georgia and now Sacramento, California. I was an Assistant Tennis Professional at Rio Del Oro Racquet Club, then Head Tennis Professional at Sutter Lawn and I am currently the Head Tennis Professional at a local park in the Sacramento metro area.
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether it’s working on your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you with your tennis game. I teach men, women and children and do not travel to other locations at this time to teach!

Semi-Private Tennis Lessons (2 Players): $30 Per Hour Each (Adult)
Semi-Private Tennis Lessons (2 Players): $25 Per Hour Each (Kids)
Group Tennis Lessons (3+ Players): $60 Per Hour Entire Group (Adult)
Group Tennis Lessons (3+ Players): $50 Per Hour Entire Group (Kids)
Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $40 Per Hour
