About Miami Tennis Coach Viktorie

Hello my name is Viktorie and I am a fun, local Miami tennis coach with over 14 years of playing experience and over 2 years of teaching experience! I am a Division I collegiate tennis player with many years of competitive tennis experience. I started playing tennis at a young age and have competed at a high level both internationally and in the United States. Before coming to the U.S., I competed in ITF junior tournaments and I reached an ITF junior ranking of approximately 500. I’ve continued competing at the NCAA Division I national level.

My experience as a competitive tennis player has given me a strong understanding of tennis technique, movement, strategy, consistency, and the mental side of the game. I use this experience to help tennis players improve while making lessons enjoyable and motivating. As a tennis coach, I enjoy working with players of all different ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced players. I adjust each lesson based on the player’s level, goals, and areas they want to improve. Tennis lessons can focus on forehands, backhands, serves, volleys, footwork, consistency, rallying, point play, and match strategy. My goal is to create a positive environment where players feel comfortable learning and improving. I believe my tennis lessons should be productive but also fun. Whether someone wants to learn tennis for the first time, exercise, improve their technique, or become a stronger competitive player, I create lessons that fit their individual needs and help them become more confident on the court. I teach tennis lessons here in the Miami area but do not travel at this time!
