About Roger

*I AM CURRENTLY ONLY TEACHING STUDENTS 10 YEARS & OLDER*

Hi my name is Roger & I’m a local Laguna Niguel tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 30 years of teaching experience! I played varsity tennis for Illinois State University while getting a BS degree in education which I later found invaluable for any kind of teaching. I then came to California in 1972 to establish “Learn Tennis” which is for beginner & intermediate tennis students.

I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons and also group tennis lessons for most all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, your serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or some doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!

I teach in the Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano & Dana Point area (2 private courts that are easy to find just minutes off the 5 Freeway).
