Hi my name is Lincoln and I am a fun, local Cleveland tennis coach with over 16 years of playing experience & over 4 years of teaching experience! I am also a ITF Certified Tennis Professional. I’m a very competitive tennis player who plays at Cleveland State University, where I train and compete at the Division I level. Being a really big part of a collegiate program has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of high-level tennis, including advanced technique, match strategy, conditioning, and also the mental side of the game.
Every day I’m surrounded by very intense practices and competitive environments, which has helped shape my discipline, consistency, and attention to detail on the court. As a coach, I bring that same structure and energy into every session. I focus on building a solid technical foundation while also helping players understand how to apply their skills in real match situations. So whether it’s improving footwork, developing more reliable strokes, or just learning how to construct points, I tailor each lesson to fit the individual player’s goals and skill levels. I work with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners who are just learning the basics to more advanced players looking to refine their game. My approach is both supportive and challenging-I want you to feel confident, but also pushed to improve every time you step on the court. My goal is very simple: to help you become a more complete, confident, and competitive player while enjoying the process of getting better. I teach tennis lessons in the Cleveland area but I will also travel up to 15 miles to a court near you!
